  • Yard Lights posted Nov. 30, 2009
    Please make sure your yard light is on nightly and in working order.

     3.15 Yard Lights. Every lot is required to have a yard light with a solar eye in the front yard, which is to be located eight feet from the inside of the front property line and two feet from the side of the driveway in which the front door is located and must be at 5’ height. The color and design of the yard light and structural base must be “Westar” - #4007 - polished brass light and black post, unless otherwise specifically approved in writing by the ACC.
     

  • Car Prowls
    With the holiday season upon us please keep these tips in mind to reduce your chances of being a victim of this crime:

    • Park in the Driveway (in the garage if possible)
    • Lock your vehicles at night
    • Remove all valuables
    • Remove your garage door opener or disable the opener before going to bed or leaving for vacation
    • Report any suspicious activity to the police - call 911.

  • Dog Violations   Posted October 2009
    Homeowners of Wellington Ridge need to be advised of the persisting problems with dogs running loose and violating private property.  In order for these issues to be resolved, the community must report violators when they see a dog running loose by having a name or address.
