There has been another round of car
prowls around the neighborhood. This time they have become a
little more brazen, actually smashing a window of car parked on the
street. We can't remind our neighbors enough of these tips to
reduce your chances of being a victim of this crime:
- Park in the Driveway (in the
garage if possible)
- Lock your vehicles at night
- Remove all valuables
- Remove your garage door opener or
disable the opener before going to bed or leaving for vacation
- Report any suspicious activity to
the police - call 911.
