The HOA Forums

Welcome to the new Wellington Ridge Forums! This is a place for the neighborhood to discuss issues regarding our neighborhood. For many years, many discussions have been had and decisions been made, but the parties owners have moved or have been forgotten. Now, for better or worse these discussions can be retained and used as a resource for future neighborhood owners. The intent is that ALL residents will be able to have a voice for the neighborhood 24 hours a day. It is not meant as a substitute for participation, but as a supplement.

These forums will be moderated by any number of homeowners, preferably an HOA board member. This is to keep posts on topic and relevant to the neighborhood business.  Before posting, you'll first need to sign up for an account.  The account will be on the honor system to start, assuming those that sign up are involved with the neighborhood.  After submitting your registration information, an email will be sent with a link to activate your new account.  Once your account is active, you can post in the new forums.
