The Wellington Ridge Homeowners Association is formed as a non-profit maintenance corporation to care for the neighborhood set forth explicitly in Article III of the Articles of Incorporation of Wellington Ridge Homeowners Association.  In a nutshell the HOA exists to:

•  Maintain the common properties in the development

•  Keep records, collect fees and pay bills

•  Organize neighborhood events

•  Enforce the CC&R's

Membership with HOA consists of ALL property owners within Wellington Ridge Div. I & II.  It is administered by the HOA Directors and Officers described in Article IV of the Wellington Ridge HOA Bylaws.  Below are the officers and terms:
